The team behind the

Dental Care Partnership

Meet our Team.

Excellence is standard

Dr Puneet Jain
Managing Director and Practice Principal. BSc., BDS (HONS), MJDF RCS(Eng), MFDS RCSEd., DipImpDent RCS(Eng)

GDC: 103973

Dental Care Partnership exists to improve the oral health and well-being of as many people as possible, and to inspire you to achieve and maintain the highest levels of oral health possible. This is a cause that I truly believe in and as the Managing Director and Practice Principal, it is my responsibility to lead and inspire my team to deliver this cause, and to ensure our Practice delivers on this promise.

I graduated with honours from Guy’s Hospital in London, before returning to the Midlands to set-up the Practice with my wife. My passion and skill set for oral surgery, led me down the route of dental implants. I obtained the Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons' in 2008 and have been placing dental implants since. Through my work over the years in this field, of being able to replace a single missing tooth for someone to all their missing teeth, is both overwhelming and immensely satisfying. I feel very privileged to be able to help patients in this way and to witness how this treatment has increased their confidence and quality of life. Quite often our patients will use the words “you’ve changed my life” which is naturally very humbling and rewarding.

I am a strong believer in the concept of “marginal gains” and strive to continually develop myself, my team and the Practice each day. With this ethos firmly in place, I am confident to say the work we're doing now is better than the work we were doing six months ago. And the work we will be doing six months from now will be better than the work we're doing today.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful daughters (7 and 5 years old). I love travelling, skiing and keeping fit. I enjoy a variety of sports, and a keen follower of Formula 1.

I look forward to peronsally meeting you at the Practice in the near future.

Dr Sinem Dayanik
Dentist. BDS MANC 2006

GDC: 103628

Hi, I’m Sinem, I qualified as a dentist in 2006 from the University of Manchester. Originally from Wolverhampton, I returned to the Midlands soon after my degree and have enjoyed working in a mixture of practices in Birmingham ever since.

I have a passion for providing high quality, caring and gentle dentistry.

I also enjoy post graduate learning, I completed a Masters in Advanced General Dentistry in 2014, a post graduate certificate in Endodontics in 2016 and most recently a course to allow me to act as an expert witness in legal cases.

In addition, I completed training in facial aesthetics in 2007 and have worked as an aesthetic practitioner since then. In 2017 I started my own facial aesthetics training company where I teach medical professionals the art and science of facial aesthetics.

Outside of work my main passion is food, which must come from my Turkish roots! I enjoy cooking and baking as much as I enjoy eating out in restaurants. I have two children and we enjoy family day trips and skiing holidays.

Dr Marwa Maarouf

GDC: 244841

I qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2013 and subsequently became a member of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons in 2015. I have had varied experience since qualifying; working in general dental practice, hospital and the special care dental services, caring for anxious adults and children, and those with complex medical needs.

I currently split my week between Dental Care Partnership and a local hospital, where I carry out advanced oral surgery procedures in my role as a Specialty Doctor in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery. I take pride in making sure that each patient has a treatment plan bespoke to their needs and I ensure my patients are aware of all their treatment options before choosing what’s right for them. I know that sitting in a dental chair is nerve racking for many of us (me included!) so I value the importance of treating all my patients with kindness and compassion.

Outside of work, I love playing netball, reading and exploring the countryside.

Miss Shani Lamb
Dental Therapist. BSc. Oral Health

GDC: 258171

Shani qualified as a Dental Hygienist from the University of Essex in 2018 with distinctions. Following this I went on to complete a top-up year to become a Dental Therapist in which I graduated with a first-class honours degree and was awarded with a certificate for outstanding achievement.

As a Dental Therapist, I can provide the full range of paediatric dentistry for children as well as adult fillings. I can also undertake all procedures that fall under the Hygienist’s scope of practice such as oral hygiene education tailored to each individual, routine and cosmetic scale and polish, Airflow treatment, Periodontal Therapy, Teeth whitening.

I have been particularly successful in treating nervous/anxious patients, gaining their trust by showing empathy and understanding of their fears and taking time to explain in a calm and reassuring way what the treatment involves. I work at a pace appropriate for that patient so that they feel in control throughout the treatment. Restoring a patient’s confidence in their dental health and wellbeing is my ultimate goal.

DCP prides itself in offering its patients the most technologically advanced dental and cosmetic procedures and equipment. This aligns well with my passion for excellent oral health and my enthusiasm for cosmetic procedures ensuring patients reach their best smile.

Outside of Dentistry, I enjoy travelling, yoga and anything food related!

Miss Madeline Johnson
Dental Therapist- FdSc BSc

GDC: 251979

I graduated from the University of Manchester in 2014 with an honours in Oral Health Science BSc, which enables me to practice as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist. After qualifying I went on to do a 6 month vocational training programme in Derbyshire and have since been working in private practice. I take great pleasure in making people's experience of dentistry positive and alleviating nervous patient's fears. My passion is in prevention and will always strive to ensure patients have optimal oral health.

Outside of dentistry, I enjoy yoga, food and travelling.

Miss Tiffani Hutchinson

GDC : 266327

I qualified as a Dental Hygienist from the University of Essex with a distinction in September 2019, having previously worked as a Dental Nurse for many years. I have a passion for helping patients overcome their fears of attending the dental practice and take time to understand each patient’s individual needs and goals. My focus is on prevention rather than cure. I most enjoy helping to educate all my patients on the most effective self-care methods so that we can work together to prevent and treat gum disease. I continuously attend courses to keep my knowledge up to date, as well as to ensure I am providing patients with the best of technologies in oral healthcare such as the airflow and intraoral scanner.

Outside of dentistry I love yoga, reading and going for long walks.

Louise Harris
Practice Manager

GDC: 119773

I have worked within the Dental Industry for nearly 27 years. Starting as a dental nurse/receptionist at the age of 16 my passion for dentistry led me into a career as a dental nurse trainer. Throughout the years I have gained knowledge and qualifications in radiography, oral health, treatment coordination and then eventually over the years have naturally progressed into Practice Management.

I joined the team in October 2011 and focused on providing exceptional patient satisfaction. My role can be diverse so you may see me in surgery… still as a qualified nurse and even on the front of house reception desk or even speak to me on the phones! I like to be on every level to ensure the patient journey is seamless.

I'm very proud and happy to be working alongside such a professional team as we all strive to deliver high standard care and a great patient journey.

On a personal note I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, holiday abroad and in the UK, and help local nursing homes by taking in therapy bunnies and coordinating charitable events.

Rebekah Oates

I joined the DCP family in 2017 as a receptionist and occasionally stepped in to do a bit of nursing!  My passion lies in the patient communication within dentistry and helping the patients along their treatment journey. As my confidence grew in this area, I was promoted to become our patient care co-ordinator in 2019. I love working for DCP and working her has changed my view on dentistry in a positive manner and I soon became to love it even more. Since working for DCP my confidence has grown massively, thanks to support from our amazing team, who feel just like family. In my spare time, I love spending time with my partner and dog Bella who I spoil and adore! We love going on long walks along the rivers. About Us.

Dental Care Partnership exists to improve the health and wellbeing of as many patients as we can in a safe caring and comfortable environment. With this as our cause and reason for existence, it naturally focuses us on what we can do to help our patients on a daily basis to ensure their oral health is a good as it can be.

We are a family run Practice and this is at the heart of everything we do. We like to think of our patients and staff alike as family members, treating everyone with respect and dignity at all times.

Your safety is of the upmost importance to us, and has never been more important than it is now, during the Covid-19 Pandemic. We have carefully and meticulously looked at every procedure within the practice, and taken every measure needed to ensure, we can operate in a safe and responsible way for our patients, whilst still providing the highest standards of dental care possible.

We continually invest in new technologies so that we can constantly enhance your 'experience' allowing you to receive the highest level of dentistry, in the most comfortable manner possible. The majority of the technologies we have in place can only be found in 3-5% of dental Practices in the UK, and certainly not by any other Practice in our area.
