We are delighted to accept self referral from patients. Simply fill in the referral form below or contact our practice on 0121 354 1922 and our team will be happy to arrange a consultation appointment for you.
A detailed treatment plan and fee estimates will be provided further to the consultation. After completion of the treatment, you will return to your dentist for the continuation of your dental care.
