December 2014 Newsletter
With Christmas approaching and 2014 coming to a close, it is time for us to reflect on the importance of family, friendship, and good will. We think of you as our Practice family because of the way it feels. And when we consider the vital importance of your oral health, we are humbled and honoured that you place such an important trust in our hands.
The Practice has always been focused on the health of you teeth and gums, and been proactive in developing our services in the pursuit of clinical excellence. As a result we have replaced your routine 6 month ‘check-ups’ with our ’19-Point Dental Health Check’ to help ensure maximum oral health. We have also developed our hygiene services to coincide with this and have also developed our services for our children and teenage patients, to ensure they get the best start with their oral health.
December 2013 Newsletter
In writing this column we cannot believe that it has been almost 2 years since we became a part of Dental Care Partnership, and what an exceptional year 2013 has been.
We would like to take this opportunity to say that the journey has been incredible for us and we hope that our experience and time here continues on this manner for many more years to come. We cannot thank the staff and you, our loyal and valued patients, enough for making DCP such a joyful and warm place to work, and we have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know each and everyone of you during this time.

Both of us are elated at the birth of our first child and wanted to take this opportunity to introduce her to all our dear and valued patients. Ila is doing well, and is growing more and more each day. We look forward to you all meeting her in person over the years.
As most of you are aware, Dr Anand worked up until the week of when Ila was born and is now off for a few months on maternity leave, but some of you may have seen her and Ila at the practice already on a few occasions. Although busy tending to the needs of Ila, Dr Anand is still actively involved on a daily basis with the running of DCP and prioritizing the patients too, and is looking forward to her imminent return…

Practice growth and development is at the core of Dental Care Partnership’s Practice philosophy. Every staff member is actively involved in ongoing training to further improve the service provided to our patients.
Team building and audit also feature highly as a priority. This commitment to continual self improvement was acknowledged this year with being short listed of one of only three Practice’s for Best Practice at this year’s dentistry awards. This team spirit at the practice shows through with all staff members, getting involved in all of our team building events we hold…
